Full-Stack Developer

Job Description

InnovateLabs is seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our development team. You will work on building scalable web applications, from frontend user interfaces to backend APIs and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Debug and fix issues in production systems
• Optimize application performance and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Express)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
• Understanding of RESTful API design
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
